Client: VELTEX SHIZUOKA (B.LEAGUE)
We joined the customer-experience (CX) initiative of VELTEX SHIZUOKA, a B.LEAGUE club based in Shizuoka, from Phase 01. Our mission is to redesign the game-day experience itself. A game lasts about two hours, but the fan experience is far longer and deeper — and designing it is our work.
From preseason matches through every regular-season game, we travel across multiple venues, producing food, merchandise, partnerships, and operating manuals in an integrated way.
We turn "a sport you only watch" into "entertainment you join with all five senses" — a new form of sports business that only hospitality professionals can implement.
